How We Operate
Wollongong City Tourist Parks are a service of Wollongong City Council.
We operate with the approval of the NSW Government under the Local Government (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 2021 (the Regulation).
This Regulation is made under the Local Government Act 1993.
Please note that we do not operate under the Residential Parks Act 1998.
In line with the Regulation, we make our approval to operate documents and community maps publicly available at no cost.
