Our friendly reception staff are available at all of our Tourist Parks during these hours:
- 9am – 6pm Saturday to Thursday
- 9am – 7.30pm Friday
Check-in and check-out
Caravan or camping sites:
- Check-in is from 12 noon
- Check-out is before 10am
Cabins:
- Check-in is from 2pm
- Check-out is before 10am
To request a change to these times, please contact your preferred Tourist Park. Any changes are subject to availability and extra fees may apply.
For guests arriving after hours, we can arrange a late check-in. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us by phone or email at least one hour prior to closing time.
